RESET CIRCLE TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Reset Circle!
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("You," "Your," or "Member") and Reset & Restart, LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company ("we," "us," "our," "Reset Circle," or the "Company"), governing your access to and use of Reset Circle's community, services, and platform.
BY CHECKING THE ACCEPTANCE BOX AT CHECKOUT, CREATING AN ACCOUNT, OR USING ANY RESET CIRCLE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE OUR SERVICES.
1. ABOUT RESET CIRCLE
1.1 Nature of Services
Reset Circle is a supportive community for single mothers, offering:
- Group facilitation and peer support
- Educational content and resources
- Weekly live sessions via Zoom with replay access
- Community platform for member interaction
- Optional private consultations
- Advanced coaching and retreat opportunities (Growth and Thriving tiers)
1.2 What Reset Circle IS:
✓ A supportive community for single mothers
✓ Therapeutically beneficial and growth-focused
✓ Facilitated by Dr. Renesha Nichols, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Connecticut)
✓ A safe space for sharing, healing, and personal development
✓ Professional guidance and peer support
1.3 What Reset Circle is NOT:
✗ Clinical social work treatment
✗ Group therapy or psychotherapy
✗ A substitute for mental health or medical treatment
✗ Medical, psychological, or clinical counseling
✗ A confidential therapeutic relationship under social work clinical standards
1.4 Important Distinction
Dr. Renesha Nichols is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Connecticut. However, Reset Circle community services and group facilitation are NOT clinical social work services and do NOT create a clinical therapeutic relationship. Private consultations offered through Reset Circle are professional guidance and support, NOT clinical therapy sessions.
IF YOU NEED CLINICAL MENTAL HEALTH TREATMENT, PLEASE SEEK SERVICES FROM A LICENSED MENTAL HEALTH PROVIDER IN A CLINICAL SETTING.
2. MEMBERSHIP TIERS & SERVICES
2.3 Thriving Reset ($2,500 one-time or $500/month × 6 months)
Includes:
- Everything in Growth Reset, plus:
- Weekly mastermind sessions with Dr. Nichols
- Reset Retreat(s) included (travel and accommodations not included)
- Entrepreneurial training to build your own Reset Circle
- Templates, coaching, and mentorship for launching your own program
- High-touch personalized support
Commitment:
Full 6-month program commitment
Application & Interview Required: You must submit an application and complete an onboarding call/interview with Dr. Nichols (or designated team member) before enrollment.
2.1 Emerging Reset ($15/month)
Includes:
- Weekly live Reset Circle sessions via Zoom
- Access to session replays (available for approximately 1 year)
- Community platform access for discussions and support
- Guided content from Single Moms Have Dreams Too (4-5 chapter cycles)
- Resource Vault with tools and guides
- Celebration Lane for sharing wins
Commitment: Month-to-month, cancel anytime
2.2 Growth Reset ($79/month or $799/year)
Includes:
- Everything in Emerging Reset, plus:
- Biweekly deep-dive group coaching sessions
- Accountability partner system
- Guest expert speakers
- Priority access to workshops and retreats (separate fees apply)
- Advanced Reset Toolkits and templates
Commitment:
- Monthly: Month-to-month, cancel anytime
- Annual: 12-month access period
Application Required: You must submit an application and receive approval before enrollment.
2.3 Thriving Reset ($2,500 one-time or $500/month × 6 months)
Includes:
- Everything in Growth Reset, plus:
- Weekly mastermind sessions with Dr. Nichols
- Reset Retreat(s) included (travel and accommodations not included)
- Entrepreneurial training to build your own Reset Circle
- Templates, coaching, and mentorship for launching your own program
- High-touch personalized support
Commitment:
Full 6-month program commitment

2.4 Optional Add-On Services
Reset Consultations:
- 30-minute consultation: $50
- 60-minute consultation: $100
Note: These are NOT clinical therapy sessions. They are private professional consultations and guidance.
3. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT CREATION
3.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Reset Circle services.
3.2 Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
3.3 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
3.4 Username/Display Name
You may use any name or username you choose in the community. You are not required to use your legal name. However, you are responsible for ensuring your chosen name is not offensive, misleading, or impersonating another person.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
4.1 Pricing
Current pricing is as follows:
- Emerging Reset: $15/month (recurring)
- Growth Reset: $79/month (recurring) OR $799/year (one-time)
- Thriving Reset: $2,500 (one-time) OR $500/month × 6 (recurring)
- Private Consultations: $50/30min or $100/hour
4.2 Payment Authorization
By providing payment information, You authorize Reset & Restart, LLC to charge Your payment method for all fees incurred.
4.3 Recurring Billing
For monthly subscriptions, Your payment method will be automatically charged on the same day each month until You cancel. For annual subscriptions, Your payment method will be charged once for the full year.
4.4 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. If payment continues to fail, Your account may be suspended or terminated, and You may lose access to services.
4.5 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Price changes will not affect Your current billing period but will apply to subsequent billing periods.
4.6 Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable taxes. If we are required to collect taxes, they will be added to Your invoice.
5. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
5.1 Emerging Reset ($15/month)
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time
- Refunds: NO REFUNDS for the current month
- Access: Continues through the end of Your paid billing period
5.2 Growth Reset - Monthly ($79/month)
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time
- Refunds: NO REFUNDS for the current month
- Access: Continues through the end of Your paid billing period
5.3 Growth Reset - Annual ($799/year)
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time
- Refunds: NO REFUNDS and NO PRO-RATING
- Access: Continues through the remainder of Your 12-month paid period
5.4 Thriving Reset ($2,500 or $500/month × 6)
- Cancellation: You may cancel before the retreat is scheduled
- Refunds: NO REFUNDS for any payments made
- Retreat Commitment: Once retreat is scheduled or begins, absolutely NO REFUNDS
- Payment Plan: If on payment plan, You remain committed to all six monthly payments regardless of cancellation
Retreat costs are non-refundable due to venue bookings, catering, and other non-recoverable expenses.
5.5 Private Consultations
- Cancellation: Cancel at least 24 hours before appointment for full refund
- Late Cancellation: Less than 24 hours = NO REFUND
- No-Show: NO REFUND
5.6 Workshops & Retreats (Separate Purchase)
Once registered for any workshop or retreat event (separate from Thriving tier), fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
5.7 How to Cancel
To cancel Your membership, email [INSERT EMAIL] with "Cancellation Request" in the subject line, including Your name and membership tier.
5.8 No Exceptions
We do not offer refunds outside these terms except as required by law.
6. RECORDING CONSENT & SESSION POLICIES
6.1 Recording of Group Sessions
All Reset Circle group sessions conducted via Zoom are recorded for the purpose of providing replay access to members.
By participating in Reset Circle, You explicitly consent to:
- Being recorded during live Zoom group sessions
- Your image, voice, and any content You share being included in session recordings
- Other members viewing these recordings via the community platform
- Recordings being stored and accessible to current members for approximately one year
6.2 Recording Use & Limitations
- Recordings are for Reset Circle member use only
- Recordings are available via streaming only (NO downloads permitted)
- Recordings may be removed after approximately one year
- We reserve the right to edit or remove recordings at our discretion
6.3 Member Recording Prohibition
YOU MAY NOT:
- Record, screenshot, or capture any portion of Zoom sessions
- Download, copy, or distribute session recordings
- Share replay access with non-members
- Use recordings for any commercial purpose
Violation of this section may result in immediate termination without refund.
6.4 Your Responsibilities
If You do not wish to be recorded:
- Do not join live Zoom sessions
- Do not turn on Your camera or microphone
- Participate only via the text-based community platform
However, full participation in Reset Circle includes video sessions, so opting out of video may limit Your experience.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY IN GROUP SETTINGS

7.1 Nature of Community Environment
Reset Circle operates as a group support community where members share personal experiences, stories, and sensitive information. While we foster a safe and respectful environment, participation in any group setting involves inherent privacy risks.
7.2 What We CANNOT Guarantee
Reset & Restart, LLC CANNOT and DOES NOT guarantee confidentiality in group settings.
You explicitly acknowledge and accept that:
- Other members may breach confidentiality, intentionally or accidentally
- We cannot control member behavior outside our platform or after sessions end
- Information shared in group settings is inherently less private than 1:1 sessions
- There is always a risk that shared information could be disclosed
- Members may remember and repeat what they hear
- Video recordings include Your image and voice visible to other members
7.3 Member Confidentiality Obligations
By participating in Reset Circle, You agree to:
- Maintain the confidentiality of all information shared by other members
- Not disclose, repeat, or discuss information learned in the community outside of Reset Circle
- Not screenshot, record, copy, or distribute other members' posts, images, or contributions
- Not identify other members by name or identifying details in external contexts
- Respect the privacy and vulnerability of other members
7.4 Recommendations for Safe Participation
We strongly encourage You to:
- Exercise discretion about what personal details You share
- Avoid sharing highly sensitive information that could harm You if disclosed
- Consider the permanence of video recordings (visible for ~1 year)
- Omit identifying details about location, employer, children's full names, or other specific identifiers
- Save highly confidential matters for private 1:1 consultations if needed
- Remember that other members can see and hear You on Zoom
7.5 RELEASE OF LIABILITY FOR MEMBER ACTIONS
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY CONNECTICUT AND FEDERAL LAW, YOU RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS Reset & Restart, LLC, Dr. Renesha Nichols, and all associated staff, agents, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability arising from:
- Other members' breach of confidentiality
- Disclosure of information You shared in the community or group sessions
- Emotional distress resulting from confidentiality breaches
- Any damages arising from other members' actions, statements, or conduct
- Distribution or republication of Your image, voice, or content by other members
You acknowledge that Your participation in Reset Circle is voluntary and that You assume all risks associated with sharing in a community environment.
7.6 Our Commitment
While we cannot guarantee confidentiality, we are committed to fostering safety through:
- Clear confidentiality expectations in Community Guidelines
- Moderation and monitoring of community interactions
- Immediate removal of members who breach confidentiality
- Response to reported violations
- Regular reminders about confidentiality obligations
7.7 When Confidentiality Cannot Be Maintained
Information may be disclosed when:
- Required by law or court order
- Necessary to prevent imminent harm to self or others
- There is reasonable suspicion of child abuse or neglect
- You provide explicit written consent
- Information is already publicly available
7.8 Difference Between Group and Private Services
Group Sessions/Community:
- Shared with multiple members
- Recorded and available to members
- Cannot guarantee confidentiality
- Supportive, not clinical
Private 1:1 Consultations:
- One-on-one with Dr. Nichols or staff
- Not recorded (unless requested)
- Stronger privacy protections
- Still not clinical therapy
7.9 Children's Privacy
Many members are parents and may reference their children. You agree:
- NOT to share other members' children's names, photos, or identifying information
- To exercise extreme caution when discussing children in the community
- Never to share information that could endanger a child
- To report any concerning content about children immediately
7.10 Your Responsibility & Agreement
You are solely responsible for:
- Deciding what information to disclose in community settings
- Understanding and accepting the limitations of group confidentiality
- Managing Your own privacy and boundaries
- Consequences of Your choice to share sensitive information
By using Reset Circle, You explicitly agree to these confidentiality terms and waive any claims against Reset & Restart, LLC arising from other members' confidentiality breaches.
If You are not comfortable with these limitations, please do not use our group services or restrict Your participation to private 1:1 consultations only.
8. USER CONDUCT & COMMUNITY STANDARDS
8.1 Expected Behavior
You agree to:
- Treat all members with respect, kindness, and empathy
- Support others without judgment
- Follow Community Guidelines (separate document)
- Respect facilitators and staff
- Participate in good faith
8.2 Prohibited Conduct
You may NOT:
- Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate any member or staff
- Share hate speech or discriminatory content
- Share other members' personal information without consent
- Post spam, promotional content, or solicitations without permission
- Provide medical, legal, or clinical advice (sharing personal experience is okay)
- Post sexually explicit or inappropriate content
- Discuss or engage in illegal activities
- Impersonate others or create fake accounts
- Disrupt sessions or community interactions
- Violate any law or regulation
8.3 Consequences
Violations may result in:
1. First offense: Warning
2. Second offense: Temporary suspension
3. Third offense: Permanent termination without refund
4. Serious violations: Immediate termination without refund
We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a violation and the appropriate response.
8.4 Reporting Violations

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
9.1 Our Content
All content provided by Reset Circle, including but not limited to:
- Session recordings and replays
- Guidebook materials and chapter content from Single Moms Have Dreams Too
- Resource Vault materials, worksheets, and templates
- Website content and design
- Logos, branding, and trademarks
...is owned by Reset & Restart, LLC or Dr. Renesha Nichols and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9.2 Limited License
We grant You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Reset Circle content solely for Your personal, non-commercial use while You are an active member.
You may NOT:
- Reproduce, distribute, or sell any Reset Circle content
- Share replay access or materials with non-members
- Use content for commercial purposes
- Remove copyright or proprietary notices
- Create derivative works based on our content
9.3 User-Generated Content
When You post in the community, share in sessions, or contribute content, You:
- Retain ownership of Your content
- Grant Reset & Restart, LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute Your content within Reset Circle services
- Represent that You have the right to share such content
- Agree that we may use Your testimonials, stories (anonymized if You prefer), or feedback for marketing purposes
9.4 Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas You provide about Reset Circle become our property, and we may use them without compensation or attribution.
10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
10.1 Platforms We Use
Reset Circle uses third-party services, including:
- Zoom (video conferencing)
- GoHighLevel (community platform)
- Payment processors (Stripe or similar)
- Email service providers
10.2 Third-Party Terms
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
10.3 Links
We may provide links to external websites. We do not endorse or control external sites and are not responsible for their content.
11. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
11.1 Services Provided "AS IS"
RESET CIRCLE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
11.2 No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee that Reset Circle will:
- Solve Your problems
- Achieve specific outcomes
- Meet Your expectations
- Be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
11.3 Not a Substitute for Professional Treatment
RESET CIRCLE IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR MENTAL HEALTH TREATMENT, MEDICAL CARE, LEGAL ADVICE, OR FINANCIAL COUNSELING. IF YOU NEED CLINICAL SERVICES, PLEASE SEEK CARE FROM A LICENSED PROFESSIONAL.
11.4 Technical Issues
We are not responsible for:
- Internet connectivity issues
- Zoom or platform outages
- Technical difficulties preventing participation
- Lost or corrupted recordings
11.5 Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY CONNECTICUT LAW:
RESET & RESTART, LLC, DR. RENESHA NICHOLS, AND ALL AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Loss of data
- Emotional distress
- Personal injury
- Damages arising from other members' conduct
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM RESET CIRCLE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reset & Restart, LLC, Dr. Renesha Nichols, and all affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:
- Your use of Reset Circle services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
- Your content or conduct in the community
13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
13.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13.2 Venue
Any legal action related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut, and You consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
13.3 Informal Resolution
Before initiating any legal action, You agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at [INSERT EMAIL].
14. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
14.1 Right to Modify
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
14.2 Notice of Changes
We will notify You of material changes via:
- Email to Your registered email address
- Notice posted in the community
- Notice on our website
14.3 Continued Use = Acceptance
Your continued use of Reset Circle after changes take effect constitutes Your acceptance of the modified Terms.
14.4 Rejecting Changes
If You do not agree to modified Terms, You must cancel Your membership.
15. TERMINATION
15.1 Your Right to Terminate
You may cancel Your membership at any time according to Section 5 (Cancellation & Refund Policy).
15.2 Our Right to Terminate
We may suspend or terminate Your account at any time, with or without cause, including for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Violation of Community Guidelines
- Breach of confidentiality
- Harmful conduct toward members or staff
- Non-payment
- Any reason we deem necessary for the safety of the community
15.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your access to Reset Circle services will cease
- You will not receive a refund (except as stated in Section 5)
- Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive (including Sections 7, 9, 11, 12, 13)
16. MISCELLANEOUS
16.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Community Guidelines, and Group Confidentiality Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between You and Reset & Restart, LLC.
16.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
16.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
16.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
16.5 No Agency
These Terms do not create any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.
16.6 Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
16.7 Connecticut-Specific Provisions
These Terms comply with Connecticut consumer protection laws. Connecticut residents may have additional rights under state law.
