RESET CIRCLE REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to all Reset Circle memberships and services provided by Reset & Restart, LLC.
Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
1. NO REFUND POLICY OVERVIEW
Reset Circle operates on a NO REFUND basis for all membership tiers. All sales are final.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this NO REFUND policy.
2. MEMBERSHIP TIER REFUND TERMS
2.1 Emerging Reset ($15/month)
Billing: Recurring monthly on the same date each month
Cancellation:
✔ You may cancel at any time
✔ No advance notice required
✔ Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
Refunds:
❌ NO REFUNDS for the current billing month
❌ No partial refunds
❌ No prorated refunds
Access After Cancellation:
✅ You will retain access to Reset Circle through the end of your paid billing period
✔ After your paid period ends, access terminates
Example:
You pay $15 on January 10th. You cancel on January 20th. You will NOT receive a refund, but you will have access through February 9th (end of paid period).
2.2 Growth Reset - Monthly ($79/month)
Billing: Recurring monthly on the same date each month
Cancellation:
✔ You may cancel at any time
✔ No advance notice required
✔ Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
Refunds:
❌ NO REFUNDS for the current billing month
❌ No partial refunds
❌ No prorated refunds
Access After Cancellation:
✅ You will retain access to Growth Reset through the end of your paid billing period
✔ After your paid period ends, access terminates
Example: You pay $79 on March 5th. You cancel on March 25th. You will NOT receive a refund, but you will have access through April 4th (end of paid period).
2.3 Growth Reset - Annual ($799/year)
Billing: One-time payment for 12 months of access
Cancellation:
✔ You may cancel at any time
✔ Cancellation takes effect immediately (you will not be billed again)
Refunds:
❌ NO REFUNDS at any time
❌ NO PRO-RATING for unused months
❌ No exceptions
Access After Cancellation:
✅ You will retain access to Growth Reset through the remainder of your 12-month paid period
✔ After your 12-month period ends, access terminates
Example: You pay $799 on January 1st for a full year. You cancel on July 1st (6 months in). You will NOT receive a refund for the remaining 6 months, but you will retain access through December 31st.
2.4 Thriving Reset ($2,500 one-time or $500/month × 6 months)
Billing:
✔ One-time payment of $2,500, OR
✔ Recurring monthly payments of $500 for 6 months
Cancellation:
✔ You may cancel ONLY before the first retreat is scheduled
✔ Once retreat is scheduled or begins, cancellation is NOT permitted
Refunds:
❌ NO REFUNDS for any payments made
❌ NO REFUNDS once retreat is scheduled
❌ NO REFUNDS after retreat begins
❌ No exceptions
Payment Plan Commitment:
✔ If you are on the $500/month payment plan, you are committed to all 6 monthly payments
✔ You cannot cancel the payment plan partway through
✔ You remain obligated to pay the full $3,000 (6 × $500) regardless of participation
Retreat Costs:
Thriving Reset includes one or more in-person retreats.
These retreats involve:
✔ Venue bookings
✔ Catering and meal planning
✔ Materials and supplies
✔ Coordination and logistics
These costs are incurred in advance and are non-recoverable. Therefore, retreat fees are absolutely non-refundable once scheduled.
Access After Cancellation:
✔ If you cancel before retreat is scheduled, you forfeit access immediately and receive NO REFUND
✔ If you cancel after retreat is scheduled, your cancellation is not permitted
Example: You enroll in Thriving Reset with a $500/month payment plan. You pay Month 1 and Month 2 ($1,000 total). You decide to cancel after Month 2. You will NOT receive a refund for Months 1-2, AND you remain obligated to pay Months 3-6 ($2,000 remaining).
3. PRIVATE CONSULTATION REFUND TERMS
3.1 Consultation Pricing
✔ 30-minute consultation: $50
✔ 60-minute consultation: $100
3.2 Cancellation with Refund
✅ Full refund if:
✔ You cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled consultation
✔ You notify us via email at [INSERT EMAIL]
3.3 NO REFUND Situations
❌ NO REFUND if:
✔ You cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled consultation
✔ You do not show up for your scheduled consultation (no-show)
✔ You arrive more than 15 minutes late
3.4 Rescheduling
✔ You may reschedule once without penalty if you provide at least 24 hours' notice
✔ Multiple reschedules may result in forfeiture of your consultation fee
3.5 Our Cancellations
If WE cancel your consultation:
✅ You will receive a full refund, OR
✅ You may reschedule at no additional cost
4. WORKSHOP & RETREAT REFUND TERMS
4.1 Separate Workshops & Events
Workshops or retreat events purchased separately (not included in Thriving tier) are subject to the following:
Refunds:
❌ NO REFUNDS once you register
❌ NO REFUNDS for any reason, including illness, travel issues, or emergencies
Transfers:
You may transfer your registration to another Reset Circle member with advance notice (at least 14 days before event)
Transfer is subject to approval
Cancellations by Us:
If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund or credit toward another event
5. WHY WE HAVE A NO REFUND POLICY
5.1 Nature of Digital Services
Reset Circle provides:
✔ Immediate access to digital content and community
✔ Live facilitated sessions with limited capacity
✔ Recordings and resources available immediately upon joining
✔ Personalized onboarding and support
✔ Once you have accessed these services, they cannot be "returned."
5.2 Resource Planning
We plan sessions, materials, retreats, and staffing based on confirmed membership. Refunds would create operational challenges and financial losses.
5.3 Commitment to Community
Reset Circle is built on commitment and consistency. Our NO REFUND policy encourages members to fully engage and participate.
5.4 Fairness to All Members
Offering refunds would be unfair to members who complete their commitments.
6. HOW TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP
6.1 Cancellation Process
To cancel, send an email to:

6.2 Cancellation Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email within 2-3 business days confirming:
✔ Your cancellation has been processed

✔ Any remaining obligations (if applicable)
6.3 When Cancellation Takes Effect
✔ Monthly memberships: End of current billing period
✔ Annual memberships: End of 12-month period
✔ Thriving Reset: Immediate (if before retreat scheduled); not permitted (if after retreat scheduled)
7. EXCEPTIONS & SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
7.1 Medical Emergencies
We do NOT offer refunds for medical emergencies. However, we may consider:
✔ Pausing your membership (on a case-by-case basis)
✔ Extending your access period (on a case-by-case basis)
✔ Contact us to discuss your situation.
7.2 Financial Hardship
We do NOT offer refunds for financial hardship. However, we may consider:
✔ Payment plans (before default)
✔ Downgrading to a lower membership tier
✔ Contact us before you stop paying to discuss options.
7.3 No Other Exceptions
We do not make exceptions for:
✔ Change of mind
✔ Lack of use or participation
✔ Dissatisfaction with services
✔ Personal circumstances or emergencies
✔ Technical issues (unless caused by us)
8. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
8.1 Chargeback Policy
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company:
✔ Your Reset Circle account will be immediately terminated
✔ You will lose access to all services
✔ We reserve the right to pursue the disputed amount
✔ You may be permanently banned from future enrollment
8.2 Dispute Resolution
Before initiating a chargeback, please contact us to resolve any billing issues. We are committed to addressing legitimate concerns.
9. SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT
9.1 Your Responsibility
You are responsible for:
✔ Remembering your billing dates
✔ Ensuring sufficient funds for recurring payments
✔ Canceling before you are billed again if you no longer wish to continue
9.2 Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails:
✔ We will attempt to process the payment again
✔ Your access may be suspended until payment is successful
✔ After multiple failed attempts, your membership may be terminated
9.3 No Automatic Cancellation
Memberships do NOT automatically cancel. You must actively cancel to stop future billing.
