When you participate in Reset Circle community features (forums, Zoom group sessions, chat, discussions), you are sharing information with other members, not just with us.

3.2 What We Do to Protect Privacy

- Moderate community interactions

- Remove members who breach confidentiality

- Use secure platforms (GoHighLevel, Zoom)

- Encrypt data transmission

- Limit community access to paid members only

- Store recordings securely

3.3 What We CANNOT Do

We CANNOT:

- Control what individual members do with information they see or hear

- Prevent members from disclosing information outside the platform

- Monitor members' activities outside our community

- Guarantee that other members will honor confidentiality agreements

- Be responsible for confidentiality breaches by other members

- Control what members remember or repeat after sessions

3.4 Your Responsibility

You are responsible for:

- Deciding carefully what personal information to share in group settings

- Understanding that group discussions are less private than 1:1 consultations

- Accepting the inherent risks of community participation

- Protecting your own privacy by choosing what to disclose

3.5 Recordings

Group sessions are recorded and accessible to current members for approximately one year:

- Your image, voice, and shared content are visible to other members in recordings

- Members can view these recordings multiple times

- We cannot control what members may remember, screenshot, or record (though it's prohibited)

3.6 Private vs. Group Privacy

Information in Private 1:1 Consultations:

- Shared only with Dr. Renesha Nichols (or designated staff)

- Stronger privacy protections

- Not shared with other members

- Not recorded (unless requested)

- Information in Group/Community Settings:

- Shared with all members in the session or community

- Visible in recordings (stored ~1 year)

- Cannot be guaranteed confidential

- Other members may remember and repeat

3.7 We Are Not Liable

Reset & Restart, LLC is not responsible for any disclosure, sharing, or republication of information you choose to share in community settings by other members, regardless of our policies.

4. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

4.1 We DO NOT Sell Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

4.2 Service Providers

We share information with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate Reset Circle:
