Reset Circle is a safe, supportive space for single moms to heal, reset, and grow together. These Community Guidelines set the foundation for respect, trust, and encouragement in our community.
By participating in Reset Circle, you agree to follow these guidelines.

✔ Keep all member posts, stories, and details private

✔ Do not screenshot, record, or distribute content
✔ Do not identify other members externally

✔ Share authentically and vulnerably when you feel comfortable
✔ Ask questions and seek support
✔ Respond with encouragement to others' posts
✔ Participate in sessions and discussions

✔ Protect your own privacy by choosing what to share
❌ PROHIBITED BEHAVIOR
The following behaviors are NOT permitted:
🚫 Harassment & Bullying
✔ Insulting, attacking, or belittling any member
✔ Targeting someone based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any personal characteristic
✔ Threats or intimidation of any kind
🚫 Breach of Confidentiality
✔ Sharing other members' personal information outside Reset Circle
✔ Identifying members by name or details in external contexts
✔ Distributing screenshots or recordings of sessions or posts
🚫 Spam & Self-Promotion
✔ Posting advertisements or promotional content without permission
✔ Soliciting members for business purposes
✔ Sharing affiliate links or sales pitches
🚫 Inappropriate Content
✔ Sexually explicit content or imagery
✔ Graphic violence or disturbing content
✔ Illegal activities or promotion of illegal behavior
🚫 Medical, Legal, or Financial Advice
✔ Providing clinical medical advice (sharing personal experience is okay)
✔ Offering legal advice (sharing your story is okay)
✔ Giving professional financial advice
Note: We encourage sharing what has worked for you personally, but do not present yourself as a professional advisor.
🚫 Disruptive Behavior
✔ Derailing conversations or sessions
✔ Monopolizing discussions
✔ Repeatedly ignoring facilitator guidance
✔ Creating drama or stirring conflict
🚫 Impersonation or Deception
✔ Pretending to be someone else
✔ Creating fake accounts
✔ Misrepresenting your identity or intentions
🚫 Recording & Screenshots (without permission)
✔ Recording Zoom sessions (all sessions are officially recorded for replays)
✔ Taking screenshots of posts or messages
✔ Downloading or copying session replays
🔒 CONFIDENTIALITY: WHAT'S SHARED HERE, STAYS HERE
Our Shared Commitment:
Everything shared in Reset Circle is confidential. We trust each other to:
✔ Keep member posts, stories, and details private
✔ Not screenshot or share content outside the community
✔ Not identify other members externally
✔ Protect each other's vulnerability and trust
Important Reality Check:
While we ALL commit to confidentiality, please remember:
⚠️ We cannot guarantee other members will maintain confidentiality
⚠️ Group settings are inherently less private than 1:1 conversations
⚠️ Share thoughtfully and protect your own privacy
Guidelines for Safe Sharing:
✓ Think before you post: "Would I be okay if this became public?"
✓ Use discretion with identifying details (locations, names, workplaces)
✓ Save highly sensitive topics for private 1:1 consultations
✓ Trust your gut about what feels safe to share
Protecting Children:
✔ Be especially careful when mentioning children
✔ Never share other members' children's information
✔ Use initials or general terms instead of full names
✔ Report any concerning content about children immediately
📹 RECORDING & SESSION POLICIES
fficial Recordings:
✔ All Reset Circle group sessions via Zoom are officially recorded for replay access
✔ By participating, you consent to being recorded
✔ Recordings are available to members via streaming for approximately 1 year
✔ Your image, voice, and shared content are visible to other members in replays
Member Recording Prohibition:
YOU MAY NOT:
✔ Record Zoom sessions on your own device
✔ Screenshot posts, messages, or session content
✔ Download or copy session replays for external use
✔ Share replay access with non-members
Violation of this policy will result in immediate removal without refund.
👨👩👧👦 PROTECTING CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Many of our members are mothers. We take children's safety seriously.
Guidelines:
✔ Do NOT share other members' children's names, photos, or identifying information
✔ Be cautious when discussing your own children (use initials if preferred)
✔ Never share information that could endanger a child
✔ Report any concerning content about children immediately to [INSERT EMAIL]
🚨 REPORTING VIOLATIONS
If You See Something, Say Something
If you witness behavior that violates these guidelines:
Report it immediately by emailing:

Include:
✔ Your name
✔ Description of the violation
✔ Screenshots or evidence (if applicable)
✔ Date/time of incident
✔ Names of members involved (if known)
We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
⚖️ CONSEQUENCES FOR VIOLATIONS
We enforce these guidelines fairly and consistently:
1st Violation:
⚠️ Warning — We will reach out to discuss the issue and provide guidance
2nd Violation:
⏸️ Temporary Suspension — Access suspended for 7-30 days (no refund)
3rd Violation:
🚫 Permanent Removal — Account terminated, no refund, permanent ban
Serious Violations:
🚫 Immediate Removal — No warning for serious violations like harassment, threats, or major confidentiality breaches
We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a violation and the appropriate response.
